Order Curio – Gimballed Electric Galley Enclosure for Sailing Yachts
Curio is a gimballed stainless-steel enclosure designed to house a compact electric oven and induction hob for all-electric cooking aboard sailing yachts, produced in small production runs.
We supply Curio as an enclosure which is compatible with a range of induction hobs and a compact combi-oven, purchased separately.
£100 fully refundable deposit. Full balance due only once your production run is confirmed and ready to begin — or for Batch 1, once your unit is ready to ship
Batch 1 is in production now — two units remain. Order today and your Curio ships in approximately two weeks, ahead of any future batch.
How ordering works
Curio is produced in small batches of six to ensure build quality and manage fabrication efficiently.
Batch 1 is currently in production with four of six units already secured. Two slots remain — and because the batch is already underway, these two units will be ready to ship in approximately two weeks. This is significantly faster than the lead time for any future batch.
Once Batch 1 is sold out, Batch 2 will follow the same model: orders are grouped into six, and production begins once the batch is full.
The ordering process is as follows:
1. Place a refundable deposit to register your order
2. Your order is allocated to the current or next available production run
3. Once a run is confirmed, you agree specifications and timings with us
4. We confirm your balance and arrange payment
For Batch 1, production is already underway. For Batch 2 and beyond, production begins once six orders are confirmed. You will be kept informed throughout.
Deposits and refunds
A refundable deposit secures your place and is deducted from the final price of £599.
Deposits are fully refundable if:
● A production run cannot be initiated within a reasonable timeframe, or
● Curio proves unsuitable for your installation following discussion
For the two remaining Batch 1 units, a separate payment link will be provided for full balance payment to confirm your order, as these units are already in production. You will be contacted directly to arrange this once your deposit is received.
For Batch 2 orders, you will be contacted once your order is assigned to a production run to confirm next steps.
Reserve your order
To proceed, place a refundable deposit to register your order. Payment is handled securely via Stripe. You will receive confirmation by email and will be contacted directly to agree next steps.
The deposit is deducted from the final price of £599 and is fully refundable under the conditions outlined above.
If you are ordering one of the two remaining Batch 1 units, a separate payment link for the full balance will be provided to confirm your order once your deposit is received.
