How ordering works

Curio is produced in small production runs to ensure build quality and manage fabrication efficiently.

Orders are grouped into batches of six units. Once a batch is complete, a production run is initiated. If additional orders are received, they are allocated to the next production run automatically.

The ordering process is as follows:

1. Place a refundable deposit to register your order

2. Orders are grouped into the next available production run

3. Once a run is confirmed, specifications and timings are agreed

4. Final pricing and balance are confirmed prior to fabrication

Production runs are initiated once sufficient orders are received. You will be kept informed as orders progress towards the next run.

Deposits and refunds

A refundable deposit is used to confirm demand and allocate orders to a production run.

Deposits are fully refundable if:

● A production run cannot be initiated within a reasonable timeframe, or

● Curio proves unsuitable for your installation following discussion

You will be contacted directly once your order is assigned to a production run to confirm next steps.

Reserve your order

To proceed, place a refundable deposit to register your order and be allocated to the next production run.

Payment is handled securely via Stripe. You will receive confirmation by email and will be contacted directly to agree next steps.

The deposit is deducted from the final price and is fully refundable under the conditions outlined above.
